This listing is for 25+ Giant Texas Hobby Kale seeds. Even though they are edible and delicious, my main reason for growing this Kale was it's size. With enough water and the right care it got to be quite large, in excess of 4ft!

Ornamental Kale (edible) are mostly annual plants, although in warm areas they can survive mild winters, even through light freezes. This means they can be grown in just about any USDA hardiness zone. Plant your Kale in full sun for the best results.

I'm unsure of the exact scientific name, but this Kale will make an interesting addition to your garden! Chickens love to snack on the leafy greens, as do some humans :)
