Very cute. Measurement from pit to pit please. How long is this? Can you measure from top of shoulder to fringe please?

Hi , Ok so I don't have measuring tape so I tried with a ruler from pit to pit is the length of 2 and a half rulers and the rulers standard 12inches. And from top of shoulder to bottom of fringe is 3 rulers and a quarter of a ruler . I hope this makes sense, not trying to make things difficult , thank you
