The listing, 2 x 40GB Western Digital SATA Hard Drives has ended.

This auction is for 2 x 40 GB Western Digital SATA Hard Drives. Drives are working pulls from old memory and media testing stations and have very little actual use. Both drives have had Windows XP installed onto them one time and will be wiped clean before they are packed up for shipping.

Drive #1: Western Digital WD400JD - 40GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive
Drive #2: Western Digital WD400BD - 40GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 1.5Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive

I'll be shipping these USPS Small Flat Rate Box with tracking and delivery confirmation, which comes to $6.10 at my local post office. I will verify this once the winner provides their shipping information, but I don't expect it to change. I prefer PayPal for shipping payment, but I can accept a Postal money order if the winner doesn't mind waiting for the item to ship out. Happy Bidding!

I would not send these in a small flat rate box. I would like to see them in a regional box A. Serious bubble wrap... seen in 25 years IT plenty of DoA because of shi__y packing. WD was first to send their drives suspended in the box. Just a thought ...
and I intend to bid on these, and should I win, I most certainly would be willing to pay $10.00 for shipping.

I also am in IT and am always very careful when I package any hard drives I ship out. I also have the benefit of working for a company that manufactures and sells external hard drives, so I have plenty of packaging materials available to protect the drives.
