I'm not sure it just has the lines and you follow the pattern. I made a few before it was not that hard. Sorry to not be able to give you a direct answer. I will double check.

I checked and as far as i know there are only dotted lined for folding instructions, they are in another language, some are mini envelopes with note paper.
