The listing, Collectible Vintage wire egg basket Made in France Collapsable Unique has ended.

Here is a gold tone Vintage collectable wire egg basket. This basket can be transformed into 5 or more different style basket shapes. It is made in France by Erdecor. When the basket is at its largest it stands 5 1/2" tall and is about 7" wide. This basket is truly unique and looks great! It is in good used condition, there are a couple of wire on the edge that are a little bent, not bad at all. I will combine shipping costs - all Shipping payments should be through PayPal at Loric27@Q.com

If you had the basket opened to its largest setting it could hold more than a dozen, I would go as far to say that it could hold 2 dozen eggs. The measurements for the largest setting on the basket is 5 1/2" deep X 7 1/2" wide. Thank You.

it looks as though it might fit in a mailing tube. that might shave a dollar or so off the mail cost, if it does.

No, it would not be able to fit into a mailing tube. it will fold flat, so it would fit in a USPS Priority Envelope or a a regular large envelope for First Class. I will adjust the shipping cost as well for your area. This is one of the first few items I had listed and was just getting to know my way around Listia, I should have done the exact shipping when I listed it, but wasn't sure how, But I know how to do that now. The only way shipping will be the $5.50 is if you want to have it shipped PRIORITY, otherwise, I cn ship it First Class which would be at lease a couple of dollars cheaper. :)
