Wow this is so pretty, my wife would probably cry if i can afford to get this, things have been tough, as i am sure you know,Well we both decided @ christmas to just think about our grand babies so she done without then,Valentines too. No, it is only stamped 14k, it has been tested for both gold and diamonds and sapphires, it is solid 14k gold, real diamonds and real sapphires :)

I wanted to elaborate a bit on what Kawhona4 brought up in her comment, actually Listia does have rules regarding listing fake, replicas or counterfeit items, if you list an item and say it is 14k, legally that means it is 14k gold, so if a person (Seller) does not say that it is 14k HGE for example, then they are committing fraud, also even if an item is hallmarked lets say 10k and you as a Seller did not take measures to authenticate the item before listing it, well you are breaking federal laws and again committing fraud, I know it is a real problem on here, but I will always fight those who do it and it really makes it hard for those who are honest and enjoy trading here.

Good for you for listing properly!! i have bought what were listed as "925 sterling silver" necklaces that were not, i didnt have it checked within 30 days {i am severely painfully disabled and can not drive anymore}. so, right after the '30 days' listia apparently gives us to figure it out {which i didnt know about just having only 30 days}, the necklaced had turned {not so silver anymore!!!} listia would not stand behind me, and they said they would do nothing about the false claims or my high credits that i had spent on these fake 925 silver necklaces. so be careful people!!! only buy from people like this, who are trusted sellers. {although, i think both sellers of the fake silver necklaces are also "trusted {but not by me} sellers as well. just letting people know that you only have 30 days to do something about dishonest sellers selling fake jewelry. look up my old auctions if you want to know who the dishonest sellers were, so that you dont loose out on waaaaay too many credits as i did
