i know its alot but thats what it said on the usps website.. but i think somebody sent you a padded envelope and that cost less to send than a box. im looking into other shipping companies to see where it cost less.

No they didn't send me a padded envelope, that could break the phone, they sent it me in a box..the website you are looking at is obviously wrong, if I were you I would get some quotes from your post office.

Its a Sprint phone, so no sim card. If you unlock it, it'll only work on a CDMA network so that leaves Sprint, Verizon, MetroPCS, and some regional carriers. Internationally, the choices are more limited.

i dont think sprint have SIM cards and yes phone is unlocked just need to activate for services
