DIRECTIONS:
1) Remove cover from the brush end
2) Twist clockwise (initially requires mutiple turns) until the gel covers the brush head.
3) Paint onto the 6 top & 6 bottom teeth (I do that and also as far back as I can get with a big smile, I like them all to show the same shade of white, LOL)
4) Avoid painting gums or lips.
5) To prevent irritation, petrleum jelly may be applied to inside of lips before starting treatment (optional) if it does get on lips or gums just I just wipe of with a tissue, I have never used the petrleum jelly before hand, and it has never irritated or discolored either.
