Got this for my dog a year ago, but I thought I could make it smaller by adjusting the elastic because it's too big for my little darling. Well, I didn't do that and its just sitting in storage. It may fit better for a small-medium sized pooch or cat. Thanks for viewing!

Yes and good luck! If it doesn't (like it was too big for my chi), I don't know if you want to go through the trouble of re-beading it in order to adjust the stretchable cords. I just don't have time and any more cords to have done it for my dog.
