The ring is real gold, the 10k is the gold and the pc is either the owners OR the designers stamp. JUST TALKED TO A JEWELER
Thought I would throw my 2cents worth in.
Gorgeous ring, she said your best bet is to take it in or if you have a magnet, see if it sticks to it, if it does it is FAKE, Gold and Silver do NOT stick to a magnet.
