No, i don't. Maybe if you go to Roamans website, they may have a conversion chart
Most panty hose are measured by weight. 4x is probably around 5'6" 325-350 pounds but I can't guarantee that.

I went online to Roaman's and found the following on one of their other styles of pantyhose. 4X(hips 50-60", 5'7" - 6'0", 250-300lbs.)

based upon the chart, I would say yes, but I can't guarantee anything. They are Roaman's and maybe you can research further on their website.or call their customer service. The package says 3X-4X thanks for looking
