This listing is for a Hulk toy - size approx. 4 1/2" high and 5" wide. when you push down on the lever on his back, he moves both arms - to show his muscles I assume.

I didn't see a year on him. He is not brand new, has been played with but is in great condition. Would make a little one happy to have to play with, or if you are a collector he would make a great addition to any collection.

I need to tell you that my home is not a smoke/pet free environment, but I do not smoke and my husband and pets do not list my auctions. We all get along very well that way :0)
