The frame around it is off-white in color.

We only used this to display photos and is in great working condition. There are no signs of any wear and tear. There are no visible cracks on the screen.

In the pictures I showed example of the pictures that we took and how it displays after I put in the SD card from my camera.

You will get the screen and the adaptor to plug it into the wall.

There is a place marked "USB" I've never used that feature so I'm not sure how that works.

I'm sorry but I do not have the original box or instructions or any pamplet that came witht this. It's actually pretty self-explanatory and easy to work with. I don't have a remote or black frame Insert that it may have come with it. This was given to me the way I have it.

There is an on-screen clock and calendar function but I never used it because I usually un-plug it when I'm done watching and displaying the pictures.
