What I mean is, you can't list it as a NEW otem, and then turn around and say that you are going to send a USED controller instead. The people who bid in the beginning, and still are bidding, were trying to win a NEW controller because that's what you advertised. If you send used instead you will end up with negative feedback, and as a newbie with no reputation yet, that can get you kicked off of Listia altogether.

Well I ripped off the sticker on the back and I just posted it the corntroller I originally intended to sell wasn't fully charged so I decided to sell this one instead while I hook up my PS4 and charge the PlayStation controller and after that one is fully charged then I'll sell that one.
