tweezers on top of your last color coat, before top coat. there is also a tool that has a small ball at the end that people use. it's also a tool used in scrapbooking. if you want me to take a pic of the tool, just let me know. hope this helps. I bought tones of these, but don't need tones, so i figured i'd make little bags with a few.
