hey james, great question. I took the computer apart myself, but i am not sure exactly which I/O panel you are referring to. I think i might have tossed a couple of unimportant parts, but if you can fill me in with either description of it or a picture of it, then i will check, and if i do, i will throw it in for you ok!

That I/O panel? It would be a metal piece with a stick on that shows what all the back connections are on the motherboard. Some just have holes for all those back connectors and do not show what they are.

Oh yes! of course, i understand now. I was thinking you meant an outer part of if that was connected to the frame, but yes, its good to go! thanks again for the questions, if you need anything else, let me know..... i have a P4 and heatsink, fans, power supply, and some other misc stuff, if you need any, lemme know and we will just work something out.
