it's a toy badge, probably circa 50's/60's judging by the rust and age. real police badges were generally silver content to prevent rusting!

The part that says Police is in Gold and the banner just above it is supposed to read Junior.Junior Police Badge.Cool find because i found a Picture of it and when i went back to look at it again i could not find it again!

This is very cool!! I found another one online (with out the rust) that said it was from the 1950;s and it is a junior police badge, I am assuming that means it's a toy or maybe given out to kids as souvenirs?
