No it is mineral iron oxide and betonite clay and distilled water. It is grease and oil and vaseline-free. All you do is put a drop or two in your current mascara wand tube, and pump in and out and "viola!" instant refill. You can put it on the brush and pump it in your tube as well. It's amazing.

I don't know if Listia will allow it, but I could post a video on how to show you it works , how to use it, and it's quality, etc. Just because it's not a big brand name thing doesn't mean it's not TOP NOTCH STUFF that will save you a bundle?
