It is so much fun! And it's hillarious to watch someone else try. And it burns calories! A LOT of calories. And it's a great party game too. This is the best game ever made. Too bad I don't have a game player anymore.

This is the one for you then. I like the fact that you can start out kinda slow while learning the game and kick it up later to any songs you want.

One of my older step-sisters & her hubby used this to help them both lose weight & they did!! She lost 150lbs & he lost 200lbs in a 18 months!!! They both knew they had to do something otherwise they probably wouldn't last another 5 yrs the way they were going. Great game to help with weight loss!!!

It's the only "fun" exercise I've found. I'm definately going to find this game again (for the new game player). Once you become addicted you can't stop playing (or burning calories!!!:)
