Hand-made Survival Bracelet-

An 8 inch Bracelet contains approximately 10 feet of 550 paracord.

Real 550 paracord has a braided outer sheath and 7 inner strands. The braided outer sheath has a tensile strength rated at about 200 pounds. It is durable yet yielding making it good for wrapping knife handles, spears handles, slings, etc. The paracord's 7 inner strands have a tensile strength rated at about 50 pounds each. 

In survival situations the paracord can be used for fishing, lashings, shelters, sewing, making bow saws for fire starting, splints, etc.

IMPORTANT: Please note, if you choose the black cord it is NOT 550 paracord (see last picture). It is similar in strength however it has no inner cording, just 'fluffy' fibers surrounded by the nylon sheath. This cord would be more suitable used as it is and not unwoven.
