Whichever you prefer. I ship either first class (as long as combine wegiht is under 13oz) or priority. And I use either flat rate or by weight priortiy, depending on which one is more cost effective. I find that parcel post is usually with in a few cents of priority, so I never bother with it. I can use parcel if you would prefer though. :-)
