the last time you had this issue did it allow the winner to send you there Listia Verified Shipping Address? I would think the only option would be a email address because it is set as digital. Did you try to add the shipping available too?

They sent their address via private message. I have been having this issue a while. I don't know if redownloading the app would help? I can't even fix it on the website. I just usually add a note to the auction stating they are physical box tops, and I will mail them after the auction once I receive the winner's address.

Thanks for alerting me! I had this problem last time also. For some reason the app will not let me select the "will ship" option, even though I fill it out and etc, and automatically selects digital delivery. I can't even change it on the website. I did add a note though.

HI! Great program!! The Rewards section is *only* for "digital delivery" items, and you won't be able to change it to any other shipping option. Wish they'd tell people that or make it clear why, but they don't!! They really goofed when they created the digital category thinking that all rewards are able to be delivered digitally! You could write a support ticket and ask them to change the shipping for you. I just hope they don't delete it and make you start over :/
