This dress is new with tags. It is a white dress with ruffles around the front legs and it has red hearts all oveer the dress and a red belt around the waist with a red heart buckle. This one is size XXS which is 6-8 inches in length and according to the tags you are to measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to get the best fit. The picture provided is my daughter's Shih Tzu in her new dress which is exactly the same one offered in this auction.

The Shih Tzu in the picture is wearing a medium dress....she is actually a bigger and longer Shih Tzu than normal. My Shih Tzu which is more like most Shih Tzus would probably fit in a small.
