It is 95% rayon and 5% spandex, very stretchy! It is a size small but since it stretches so much, it could fit a M & L as well. It has a very flowy look, can even wear it over leggings or as a summer dress. It even has ties and leaves an opening in the back but I don't have the best bow tie but you get the idea lol. Oh, I got it from another girl but I did try it on so it has been worn but not by me. It has much life left in it still =) You pay exact shipping and I always use paypal shipping so it comes with a DC# =) I will only accept paypal and you must send as personal, payment owed so neither of us get fees. If the high bid gets hign enough, I will do free shipping. I trade constantly on 6 other sites and with this new one, 7 now so as you can imagine..I can't afford to give free shipping.
