The listing, Vintage Rhinestone Pin has ended.

This vintage rhinestone pin has light yellow stones around the star shape, with the center larger stone being a deeper amber/yellow color. The metal is silvery colored, pot metal I think. The pin is in good working condition and measures 1 1/2 inches across. One corner stone seems to be the same color as the center stone. The silvery flower shape sits up above the star slightly, giving the piece dimension.

i agree. and i too have had several disappointments lately. didn't seem to be so much that way when i first started. kinda makes one a little skittish about bidding. and i do get upset when, after receiving the item, it is clear the descriptions were intentionally "pumped up", photos clearly hiding the true quality of the item...... not in the true spirit of listia. i am with you, listings should be things that others will truly enjoy, not just trash someone is trying to disguise and "dump" on someone else out of "credit greed". shame on those people! they are ruining things for the rest of us. thank goodness listians like you are still around! bless you!

Thank you. I have an even bigger problem with not receiving items after I have won them. Listia refunds the credits, but the sender gets away it. Really disappointing.

The outside stone are a litter color than the photos show. More like a yellow.

Thank You. I like to tell details so someone looking has a good idea of what the pieces are really like. I don't ever want someone to be disappointed when they receive my items. Sometimes I get items from listia that are in really poor shape but the seller tried to hide that fact. I only list things that I believe someone will enjoy. Isn't that what Listia is supposed to be about? Thank you for the feedback.
