I think they're actually saying that if the credits go over 500, they'll make it 200 bags;in otherwords they'll double the amount of the item you receive, but it's free shipping regardless. . (Hope you don't mind me stepping in. lol.) Just wanted to say this auction is cool; I can definitely use these for my jewelry items that I make and sell. :)
