lovely blue and black folding hand fan with sparkly blue sequins - gold scrollwork - 2nd picture is the backside -10 inches high when folded - when open, 17 inches from end to end - the blue really shows up with the gold against the black - very elegant - nice addition to oriental pieces you may already have, especially oriental dolls - asking a dollar toward postage - fixed income senior

they are new - framework is plastic - they are beautiful but not vintage - you feel really elegant when you flip it open and fan yourself, like Scarlett.

Are these made from silk, paper or what kind of material? Are there any tears in the material at all? It is very nice.
