If those are the games you are giving away, 27 by my count. I took 28 games all ps4 and some brand new never opened and it was about 5LBS 4oz not 12. This included all games and packing material. I also used several different scales and all came out the same, about 5Lbs 4Oz. I think your scale is wrong.

And in my state a priority package from usps is already 6.75 and it weighs nothing so 10.65 is generous
