Tired of the same ole', same ole' philodendron??? Here today, we have another one of my different and unusual plant picks. This beauty is called RED VELVET PHILODENDRON. It is great---with roots that are long and love to grow up a piece of wood with long roots that attach to the wood (Photo # 1). Like other philos, it tends to grow fairly quickly and is a great HOUSEPLANT and beautiful. As seen in Photos 2 & 3, the leaves are about the size of your hand and more elongated than a regular philodendron. It loves it when you mist it, and requires watering at least once a week. I also mist the wood piece, for the roots that are attached to it.
This auction is for ONE (1) clipping ( FULLY ROOTED).. The mother plant is N*O*T included. Clipping will have the end wrapped in a moist paper towel for the trip to it's new home. As always, I suggest that you have fresh potting soil and a pot ready to plant it upon arrival. Keep soil moist for about a month, to allow it to establish it's roots, and place in bright light (NOT IN THE SUN). Before you know it, you will see it getting larger and larger and eventually, you will be able to take more clippings of your own. This will be the ONLY clipping I offer for a little while---so BID, BID, BID!!
