My low feedback score happened because i sold too many heavy items and the shipping was very expensive. I explained to my buyers thst i was new and what my situation was. I shipped out items every 3 days. Some buyer said they would wait but in the end they didnt and left me negative feedback for not being able to ship on time. I have since caught up on my late shipments except for about 3 but my new orders go out right away. Some of the buyers were really hard on me and gave me a hard time. They came back to bid on mire items with the intension of hurting me. I stopped listing to get caught up. Niw im listing again because i can ship within the 5 days usually 3 days. I also learned that there Ii s a blocking feature here so that those buyers cant co m e back to hurt me anymore. Alk the buyers i have had thus far have been wonderful. Thank you
