Actually, you can mail it cheaper than $10 at priority mail AND with FREE tracking AND with a discount off of the postage!

Its Paypal shipping! I use it several times a week. They must have an agreement with the post office, because I get FREE tracking on ALL priority mail and on ALL 1st class. and only 19c tracking for media and parcel
