Charlotte Russe dress. Size medium, but it fits like a large in my opinion. You definitely need some boobies to fill this thing out, and it is quite revealing/short, but I'm sure it'd look great over tights if you aren't comfortable with the length. It has crocheted straps and the back is crocheted as well. Worn one time.
