I have a Brand new in package Windows Xp Home Edition Disc. I bought a pc awhile back and never used the disc because I already had one so I have no use for this but I'm sure someone else would!! : ) comes with the key which I covered with my hand.

Actually, OEM software is illegal to sell without the hardware it came with. Most of these type of discs are keyed to the hardware to keep them from being installed on other computers...

Just as a note this looks like a Dell Restore Disc only. As you can see in the image the Dell name. This means it will work only for Dell Systems.

This will work on any computer to re-install this software but if it is currently used on another computer it cannot come with 25 digit key. You can take your key from one computer to another if it is not being used. Microsoft gives us like 25 times to do this.
I use them numerous times and even call Microsoft for new code if it is only being used on one computer.

BkAngel---> I looked and some answers said no and some said yes but I'm guessing if you use it for a non dell machine that you would need to download this (Install MSI/EXE, Remote Control, Patch & Asset Management. Download!) and it should work. But maybe if a computer geek says this maybe they can give a better answer than what I can. Thank you for looking.
