I don't understand why you are unable to tell us how much shipping is going to cost us. You are able to go to the USPS.com website and figure out the cost of shipping with our zip code, your zip code the package weight and such. It is against Listia rules "to provide unclear or misleading shipping information or to charge unreasonable fees for shipping and related services. This also applies to total shipping charges when providing combined shipping across multiple listings. The maximum shipping price for your listing must be displayed within your listing shipping details. Further discounts from this price may be outlined in the listing description."
Now, I would like to know, before the listing closes, how much I will have to pay for shipping. I have already flagged this posting. I hate to do this, but if you're going to place something up for auction you need to know the rules.
HI no i am not "misleading" as u say yes when u asked i tired here is the problem i don't know the weight of the dress in the package an i wasn't able to get a way to the store to weigh it until tomorrow an yes i know the rules i read them
Then next time say anwer with that information in order to avoid mistakes, such as mine. I apologize for jumping the gun, but in all honesty you should have a way to to answer people. Either have a scale on hand to weigh your packages, charge a flat rate, or offer free shipping.
Please make sure to specify shipping costs and any related service charges in your listings. It is against our rules to provide unclear or misleading shipping information or to charge unreasonable fees for shipping and related services. This also applies to total shipping charges when providing combined shipping across multiple listings. The maximum shipping price for your listing must be displayed within your listing shipping details.
Listings that do not adhere to these rules may be removed or refunded if they have already ended. If you spot a listing with misleading or grossly excessive shipping charges, please report them to us by clicking the "flag" link.
I am sorry that i can not bend over backwards an do things that i can not access i am sorry that i am poor that i found this website so i can possibly help my son get cloths on his back an so i can get this to make me feel better an that in not white trash i am sorry for all of these
It's not bending over backwards it's following the rules. I haven't worked in 3 years, I'm a full-time student and any money my family makes comes from yard sales and my husband’s E-bay business. I never called you white trash, and I'm not asking you to bend over backwards, just to do as everyone else is. The rules state, “Please make sure to specify shipping costs and any related service charges in your listings. It is against our rules to provide unclear or misleading shipping information or to charge unreasonable fees for shipping and related services.” I’m sorry if that offends you in some way, but they are the rules. I'm done arguing the point. I'm sorry, I brought it up, I'll leave it for Listia to decide.
I am sure that this was just a misunderstanding.. i happen to know that mistakes happen. i think we should just forgive and forget.. its not like this happens all the time. sure once in a while bad things happen... but it is not like money has already been lost. you haven't paid yet. and things are still doing ok.. i say give her time to learn not yell at her first thing.. its not anyone's fault its a simple mistake that i am sure could be done better for the next time.. :)
I would like to take this time to apologize to abuslife88, and everyone who was witness here. I was wrong to do this, just because I was in "a bad way". There is no excuse for my behaviour and I hope you can forgive me,
