well I usually make them to a size 11, or a size 7.5. and yes they are stretchy.

these are not really invisible sandals but cute way to call n describe them- Foot jewerly alot of middle easterns wear these as well alot of BellyDancers-I have worn alot of these- these are very gorgeous
