First book is a collection of stories which utilize a list of nouns most commonly found in beginning readers. Each lesson based on three or four nouns woven into a short story with seven related seatwork activities.
Second book an evidence-based assessment of the Scientific Research Literature on reading and it's implications for reading instructions. Simly put: you need to know how your child learning to read and what you can do to help.
