how can u be nervous? if the seller dont send the item(or if is not how they listed) you bidders get your points back and money if it is the case of paying shipping.

and yes i do get delivery confirmation on items that are 1/4 inch thick because the post office wont let me mail it in a regular envelope plus the winner of the auction can say i never sent the item and i could get screw if i dont.

Well, true..you can always get a refund..but I've yet to receive anything I've bidded on here..I just believe some people are dishonest here..

I hope this doesn't sound rude but if you keep getting burned maybe you should pay a little more attention to people feedback ratings and such and not bid on items that come from those whos rating isn't 100%.... From the looks of it, the person who put up this auction is new and therefore no one knows if they will actually send the item out or not but if it is THAT big of an issue then maybe you should just stick with people who have more experience and have been on the site longer.

Well, these have been people with 100% positive feedback ratings that have bidded on their auctions, won, and never received the item. It's very easy for people to lie and say they mailed out the item, and never did. So, I dunno..I have no problem with filing a dispute for a refund, but the whole point is when you bid on and win..you expect people to follow through and ship out what you won..
