I need to have total shoulder replacement & the nurse suggested I get bandeau bras. Will this bra fit a 40" chest? Thanks for your help!

It is very stretchy nylon spandex and the tag on the other one just like this said one size fits most. I bought 2 for my daughter but only wanted the red one. She wears a size 38 bra and it fit her fine and appeared to have plenty of "stretching room" left. FYI - It is pull-over though so that might be a concern if your having shoulder surgery. Thanks for your interest and shopping with me!
