Glow in the dark headband new in pack never used for ages 3 and up you just bend and shake to activate you get 1red head band with 2stars on it plus 1glow stick hr of fun for any one it by grafix it doesnt say if its for a one time use or not i would thank that if it was just used for a short time maybe an hr ir so then placeed in frezzer that it would exstend the life of the head band for few more times

Not sure it doesnt say but i know with glow sticks even ones that say one time use if you put it in freazzer you can get more life out of it
