CAn you explain a little about the heel saver and are the pads for the back of the foot?

The heel savers are for the actual bottom of the heels to extend the life of the heel or to prevent slipping. They come in 2 sizes in the pkg. The wider ones are about 2" across in a crescent shape and the smaller ones are just over 1" wide. The sole pads are for smooth soled slippery shoes like heels- to keep you from ending up on yer keester!
