This gorgeous ring is vintage and out of this world. It is solid 10k yellow gold with 1.2 carats pear shaped star Ruby and white topaz. Star rubies are of a rare variety of rubies that exhibits asterism; a six-rayed star that dances across the stones surface when it is moved. The six-rayed effect shimmers the best when in the light. The color also varies from different angles it is viewed at. This particular star ruby stuns with dark pink to light pink and even red shades when viewed at different view points. It is out of this world. The star is one of the best features of the stone because it is what makes this ring so unique. Ring size is a 7.

There is thinning on one part of the band (back) of the ring from wear and age. It's not noticeable when it is on ones finger.
