Is this dress a tank style? It is difficult to see with the covering. Would you be able to take a photo outside of the plastic? Is the jacket heavy sequined? Manufacturer? Thanks so much!

I checked the tags and no material content is listed. Just made in the USA. No care instructions either. This came from a high retail company too. the fabic is soft and silky feeling.

Ok, I'm running late and my Mom is anxious to get to Mass. Here's what I found(Thank you jrentrop70!) 92% Polyester/8% Spandex. Spot clean or Dry clean. Hope this helps.
