This listing is for a new purse with butterflies! It has a change purse. It's a very light purse, not really "purse" material per se so it was folded up which is why it's creased. Picture 3 shows the inside of the purse. Never used, no rips, stains, tears, etc.

I have a 100% feedback rating, and pride myself on good customer service. I put tracking numbers on ALL packages so that once it leaves my hands I know that the post office will get it delivered or I'll have a valid claim against them. This protects me, as well as the receiver of the product. But if a tracking number tells me that you received it and you file false claims against me either with listia (or paypal if you are required to pay shipping) I will not work with you again. This has happened to me recently and if a tracking number says DELIVERED it is out of my hands. With that said, if you are not satisfied with what you received because of something that I did not write at all or make clear in the description please speak to me before you leave negative feedback. I'll do what I can to make it right.
