What was the original GIN supposed to be?

Premier Designs is "high fashion" jewelry - some is plated, some is sterling. The description provided for this is simply cubic zirconias 16" necklace with 2" extender with lobster claw closure. Was hard for me to get a really good picture, it is very pretty, if I list more I may also include the catalog picture. Hope this helps some!
