OK. Because of one member causing problems, I have made some rules for me to go by on here. Just when everyone is having fun giving away stuff and getting free stuff, one bad apple spoils the mood.

First, I would like to thank you for viewing my item(s). If you bid, I really want to thank you. ?
Now for the rules I must have to “cover” myself:
1. Do not ask for GIN – Get It Now if I don’t have the GIN option. Already been burned on that one.
2. Do not ask me to Lower the Days. I use a system so I will have items ending on certain days.
3. For shipping: I prefer PayPal, but also except checks and money orders. *Item paid for by check will not ship until check has cleared.
4. FREE Shipping: Free shipping is just that! Free and NO Tracking number! If you wish to have a tracking number, send me $0.75. So if I send you a message that your item was shipped, don’t ask me for a tracking number if you did not pay for one.
5. We live on a 30 plus acre farm. I do not drive to the local post office “Every day” with gas prices almost $4.00 a gallon. When I have more than one package to ship, I go. It may be that day, or it may be 3 days. On my eBay listings, I have the ‘3 day handling’ option selected for the same reason.
6. One more thing; If you can’t read English, speak English or understand English, maybe you should view other items on Listia because that’s the Only language I know period.
And last; You may contact me for questions about an item I have up for auction. Please do not ask about an item you “meant” to bid on. If it doesn’t get bids on it on here, it goes to my little shop at the flea market. Once there, it’s not coming back to the house.

Thank you to the buyers and sellers who know where I’m coming from. For those who are offended by my rules, I am sorry, but this is the way I will operate on Listia from this day on: 3-10-2012

Soo sad that we have to put our rules up like this but we HAVE to now days! sad! anyhow, I fanned and am bidding! Thanks soo much for sharing! I live in the country too and I think 3 days is being NICE! I use the 5 days rule on my Ebay store! LOL! lets play nice people! THE STUFF IS FREE!!!!! :) Hope you have a blessed day!

To the person above me, NOTHING on here is free. I do all my auctions with free shipping in order to get good credits. I "sell" my 14k ring on here, 10k rings, etc stuff that cost me tons of money in the first place and THEN ship it for about $3-5 depending on the item with tracking. To get my credits, it is not FREE.

I just wanted to mention I had a auction on here that the winner bid around 2000 credits on, I paid for shipping, I did not get a tracking number because It does cost a lot of money to ship for free and had never had a problem. I have always kept the reciept to prove when I mailed it and that I did, and guess what the buyer got their credits back still because listia requires a tracking number to be covered on your end. The person that said they did not recieve the package had so many feedback from others who had the same problem even.

I made the decsion to just not list as much and then I will put a tracking number on it if the feedback is questionable or the item is for a high amount.

Anyways I am watching this auction...

If you use paypal which I do lately the tracking number has been free, but other wise it is only 19 cents, its much better for me to use paypal because you have a record of it there too. its too bad that listia won't let the seller prove that it was shipped.
