Actually media mail is covered by movies. It is covered by MOST media items, not just educational. This is via USPS website: Media Mail
Media Mail is not sealed against postal inspection. Regardless of physical closure, the mailing of articles at Media Mail prices constitutes consent by the mailer to postal inspection.

Media mail is used for certain types of books, films, manuscripts, printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages and their binders consisting of medical information, video recordings, educational reference charts, and computer-readable media.

So DVD are covered under Media Mail, and you can manage to send it for about $3.32 plus of course shipping materials/supplies and such. But I can manage to send them even cheaper. I have learnt if you use the shipping tools with PayPal you get alot cheaper rates. Which still, you can ship this First Class Parcel even cheaper for around $1.30 plus the cost of your supplies. I have found TONS of people don't even know about First Class Parcel, which is a cheaper way to ship, anything 13 oz or less can ship this way. It is a great service. I was so glad the day I found out about First Class Parcel, cause it made shipping small items such as a shirt or DVD or jewlery alot easier on me and the bidders :) Just some info I thought i might pass along might help some :) Thanks
