Fully lined cotton halter dress by Hype. White with blue accents and brown flowers/trim. Umpire-style waist, a-line skirting. Elastic and ties across back (see photo) allow for a lot of size adjustment. Simple, lightweight, soft, and elegant. Bought at TJ Maxx, was worn three times. Still in excellent condition. Hand washed each time. 100% cotton, machine washable.

Measurements: length adjustable due to halter style, but approx 41" long (just below knee). Approx 16.5" from armpit to armpit laid flat.

The label says girls' size 14, but I'd recommend measuring a dress you already have, because the back has some elastic for broader chests, and the bow tie could cinch it in for a narrower frame. My daughter was able to own/wear this for 3 years, so 4 clothing sizes. Thanks for looking!

Check the measurements against something you own, but the back has elastic so there's room for error. The girl pictured wearing the dress was about 5'2" or 5'3" at the time, so if you're not much taller than that, and not too busty (there's not a lot of room in the front), it should be okay. It would probably look kind of 1950's retro!
