Genuine Windows VISTA Ultimate upgrade package. Comes with manual and 32/64 Bit software DVDs'. I upgrade my computer to Windows 7 and no longer need VISTA. If your computer has vista or XP it would help speed up you computer experience. Cost me $299 at the time and now it can be yours for free.

If you want a tracking number you will need to pay $1.70.

If there is an OS on it, then yes. I had to install XP first on a new built before I could install the Vista package

It will go buy media mail that charges different for tracking. I have receive from listia auctions 50% have had tracking numbers. Of course it will come with a real KEY.

i have microsoft vista businiss on my dell laptop called dell reinstall cd of microsoft windows key code is on the disk. so it will activate automaticly to microsoft. so get a dell computer or laptop or both. i,m geting microsoft windows 7 home premium upgrade off e-bay grat deals there. you can get the cd that allows upgrade or full install of microsoft vista you have choice then thats how my cd comes microsoft vista businiss ok 32-bit does your pc?? take 64 biT???? witch some come this way grat autction ok.

If you have a 32 bit os you can only upgrade to to a 32 bit win7. I have been using 64 bit for all my PC with 4 to 16 gig ram. If you have 4 or less gig rams there wouldn't be need for 64 bit OS
