White skeleton head topped with black tophat and long black cape/cloak/robe. About 11" long. String on top to hang.

does he just hang or does he say or do anything? like talk or eyes glow or cape moves? if not that is ok but would be cool and have u went to the spirit halloween website? just asking they got some cool stuff also or spencers?

This guy is just a hollow plastic guy. The cape is the longest part of him and he is very lightweight. So no noises or glows. Just something to hang around the house. I have been to Spirit's physical store by my local mall usually when it gets closer to Halloween, and Spencer's is always fun to shop at as well. I like to go to Oriental Trading Co and other off-market online stores. 99 Cents stores are also a good place to find fun stuff.
