Look at all pics for better details! Bought at Pac Sun. Brand is O'Neill. Size is true XS. No rips, tears, stains. This has a black thick band at the top made of some kind of elastic- gives a very slimming, flattering look. The material feels like a very soft, lightweight cotton. I can't find a tag that lists materials. Delicate cream/light peach colored flowers (cherry blossoms?) throughout, with black little pattern marks all over for the full affect. In the front there's kind of a wrap style, as you can see. It's Not super short but in the front there's a V where the two parts meet and lightly ruffle, so it looks shorter in front than on the back or sides.

Measures 11 in long at the shortest spot in the front- and about 16-17 inches long in the back. You wear it higher on the waist for a more mini look and lower for a more "churchy" look. Lol Measures 11 inches across at the Smallest part, but will stretch. Measures 14-15" across at widest part. This is a juniors xs and might fit a woman that is also tiny!
